Virus / Trojan Removal

If Windows has crashed or become incapacitated by too many viruses we can recover your system.

In order to repair the infection(s) and to protect your drive against data loss we would prefer your desktop or laptop computer be worked on at our repair center. Having your system at our repair center allows us to create a backup image of your hard drive(s) before attempting any virus or trojan removal. Removal of viruses and trojans can result in data loss if not performed very carefully. Having a backup image of your drive before the cleaning process starts allows us to guarantee the repair process itself will not cause further data loss. While virus removal can be attempted remotely, no guarantee can be offered on data loss.

Repair Shop Rates: $55/hr
